My Top 10 Things to bring for you Baby on a Beach Vacation

1. Bical Grippers.
These shoes are amazing. They are basically a soled sock that is waterproof. The sole is thick plastic that has a great texture on the bottom to keep toddlers from slipping. Also they are machine washable!

2. Baby Beach Rentals.
This was our first vacation with baby Hannah and she hates sleeping in nher "Pack-N-Play" The hotel we stayed at did not have full size cribs so we found a rental place. We also rented a booster seat, exersaucer, and beach stroller. Everything was set up in our room when we arrived it could not have been easier!
3. Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen
This sunscreen is absolutely the best! I have been putting Hannah's sunscreen on my face all summer and this is the only one I have purchased that does not sting your skin or burn your eyes if you get wet.
4. Munchie Mug
This is similar in the idea of the snack trap but this is above and beyond a better product! It has soft fabric on the top instead of plastic so it conforms to your child's hand as they pull out their snack. It cut down on spills tremendously! Also it has a grip on it for your child's hand so that they can hold it easily.
5. Jack's Big Music Show
There is something about this show that mezmorizes Hannah. I think maybe the puppets or the music or a combination of both. We downloaded several episodes on our computer for Hannah to watch on the plane and it worked! She loved it. I also use this show to get my house clean!
6. Beach Stroller
I mentioned before that we rented a beach stroller. This was a great investment! For $35 we got to use this amazing stroller that pushed efortlessly on the beach. Also we didn't have to destroy or worry about our stroller in the process. Hannah took several morning naps in this stroller while we walked on the beach or played in the ocean (adult supervision always on the baby).
7. Stacking Cups
These cups were great for small hands to dig in the sand and make miniature sand castles. This Brand Munchkin Caterpillar Spillers has some cool designs on the bottom that make flower prints and such in the sand.
8. Where Is Baby's Beach Ball? by Karen Katz
We love Karen Katz! How can you go to the beach without a beach themed book!
9. Umbrella and beach chairs
Sometimes it is good to take a break from the ocean and relax with some goldfish, water and a good book (see above)
10. Pamper's Splashers
Of course you need swim diapers! I have never really been a fan having been peed on 3-4 times while Hannah was in these diapers all summer but when she made a really big mess they were a live saver!
